A JOURNEY OF RESILIENCE

Self, Education, Misc

WISDOM IS WHEN YOU HAVE WHAT YOU DESIRE BUT YOU CHOOSE TO REMAIN DESERVED

As I write this blog to you, I hope and pray that we have entered post corona time. Time had been tough and so we were. All the generations taking breath this time would have at least learnt from this deadly era that “an absolute certainty is must in a magic called God”. He remains the ultimate no matter how much we attempt to conquer him. We have learnt to live each second because of the uncertainty of dying in the very next. Expecting a new world full of good vibes and positivity at our doorstep !

So as his emotional existence, humanity has equally shown its strength. I have always been a huge follower of people who have achieved everything out of literally nothing. Belief in such stories, trust in our abilities to achieve something beyond our “measured” capability is paramount. I have always been choosy, so even with the individual whose story is an inspiration to entire society, the one who gets instrumental in bringing such stories on the table gets highly important. Richa Anirudh is one such identity for me. As you must be aware of her profile, she is an extremely famed and recognized journalist. However, my inclination towards her ecstatic personality is more than her individual success. People who naturally liberates kindness are rare.

Richa runs a YouTube channel named “Zindagi with Richa”. She recently interviewed a 24-year-old boy Praful Billore (MBA Chai Wala). Prefixing his name with his age is intentional, which will get self-explanatory as we will progress with his story. He owns multiple franchise of MBA Chai wala, does TED talks, a motivational speaker, runs a marketing and branding company and the list continues.

An Indore resident, wanted to pursue MBA and live in corporate life. He was a meritorious student so aiming for his favorite and reputed MBA college is obvious. He missed to clear CAT examination despite of full efforts which forced him to drop MBA aside and look for entrepreneurship. Richa intentionally asked him that failing once for your goal is with almost all students, do you consider yourself so impatient or see this as your failure. He happily replied, “Yes, I admit that I failed to pursue my dream. I had so much fire in me that I could not have waited for a year more to re-appear for this exam. Bundles of negative thoughts came into my mind. After fighting for months between my mind and heart, what I concluded is, even if I choose to die in darkness, I am ultimately going to darkness. Hence, there is no point in blaming this dark life as I call. The only way to get out of this is to walk a step towards light. I finally decided to start a business which unites entire India, and nothing is as good as TEA. I started a tea stall in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Like all of us, I did not have enough courage to sell tea and in a tea stall. It took 50 days for me to stand and walk towards my waiting tea stall.”

With other questions, Richa asked about his parents grant to sell tea like this despite of coming from a financially strong background. His reply was, “Did we ask our parents before cheating anyone, hurting anyone, or lying to anyone? If we did not consider them while doing wrong things, do you think we need to ask them for earning a penny with our hard work?”. He had sheer clarity of thoughts in his responses even at this age, which is commendable. I have limitations in describing all his responses here but would add Youtube link at the end of this blog for you to listen.

The purpose of writing this story is not to portray him as an only individual who does this. There are hundreds of Praful Billore who realized that they failed for a degree or one of the many dreams, but not completely in life. The zeal should be to drive our dreams as per our wish and not get driven by it. This wisdom costs’ exorbitantly from us but once earned, there is no looking back. Anything, no matter how small or big, running with our hard work and which keeps us ALIVE and our identity burning is as pious as worshipping God ðŸ˜Š
